Ryan Smith
President & Founder
Starting in his father's carpet cleaning business at the age of 14, Ryan has over 32 years in the home service industry.
A strong advocate for education, Ryan has been active in industry associations for nearly a decade. He helped establish the PWMCA in 2018, serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors.
Recognizing the need for a Canadian association, Ryan led the founding of the CPMCA in 2024.
Currently, Ryan owns New Again Services, Surrey Mowing, Surrey Christmas Lights, and Neuroshift Coaching. He is passionate about educating small service business owners and helping them achieve their goals.
Colin Goesen
Vice President
Colin started his pressure washing business in 2013, built it up and sold it in 2024. He now runs the largest store for Canadian exterior cleaners - Big Shot Supplies.
Teresa Smith
Secretary
WIth over 20 years of administrative and managerial experience, Teresa keeps Ryan on his toes, keeps things organized, and helps with all the back end day to day organization that is needed at the CPMCA
